During our journey to Cameron Highland, this lovely couple shared their very interesting love story with us. But.. I will not tell you here (you can ask them if you are curious!).
So my very first impression towards the groom, Tak Choy, hmm.. He have that kind of aura in him that tells me he is a serious kind of person. However, to my surprise, after getting to know him more, he is quite a funny person! Phooi Kheng, the bride, on the other hand is a very gentle and a soft person. But, even though she is really gentle and soft, she told us that she actually wanted a lively kind of concept in the photo shooting session. And to my surprise as well, she was able to carry out really well!
Coming to our concept discussion, well, they did not ask for complicated concepts, and like many other couples, they just want us to shoot the very best out of them. And yes, that is what U Wang studio is good at, to capture the very best moment of the couple’s interaction.
As a photographer, I always believe that we have to reserve a space for inspiration to come in especially when you are capturing a love story. We just can’t make a story out of them, we, the photographers, sometimes have to allow them, the couple, to inspire us instead. When I was capturing the couple during the photo shooting session, I was so inspired by them. The way they interact with one another, the way they gazed into each other’s eyes, the way they smile to another; it is indescribable.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish this beautiful couple a blessed journey ahead and may all the joy and happiness continue to fill in your married life!
